your orders, it means that you have agreed to the following terms and
conditions.
Any cancellation request shall be submitted within 8 hours after the order is
placed. You shall send the cancellation request either through
online Request Form or by email to
service@memorablegiftstore.com.
Orders cannot be cancelable after 8 hours as they might have started going
into production. If your order has not been in production by the time your
cancellation request comes in, it can always be cancelled. We will communicate
with you in a timely manner.

At MemorableGiftStore.com, we

industries. We stand by the quality of every product we sell.
Before each item is shipped, it will go through
vigorous quality inspection process. The following terms and conditions apply in
case of returns.

Most of our competitors do not accept returns for personalized products. With
MemorableGiftStore.com, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you
purchased for any reason, you may request to return it. This policy does not apply
when the quantity of same product (same product code) with same personalized
engraving is more than one (1). For the order of two (2) or more of same product
with same personalized engraving, please see #9 below. If your order included multiple
quantities of the same product (same product code) but each with different personalized engraving,
herein stated return policy still applies.

All the
return requests shall be made within 14 days from the receipt of
the shipment.

You shall submit your return request through
the online Request Form,
which can be accessed from the bottom of each page. Our courteous
service staff will respond to your request promptly and issue you an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number. You should obtain an RMA
number first before shipping back the merchandise. Any returns without an RMA
number will not be accepted and will not be processed.

The returned items must be in in its original condition
with the original packaging. We can not
accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. You will be
responsible for the cost of the returned shipping.

Every returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon arrival at
MemorableGiftStore.com. After a positive
inspection. we will issue a full refund
to your credit card or other payment method used for the original
purchase, less the original shipping charge. The original shipping charge is
not refundable. The return
process might take up to 15 business days upon the receipt of your return.

In the case
of the original shipping container being damaged during the transit,
you will need to keep the original shipping container for a possible
claim to be made with the shipper. Damage in transit must be noted on
the carrier's documents upon delivery. This information will be needed during
the claims with the carrier.

When you
request to return a merchandise, you agree that the returned item
becomes the property of MemorableGiftStore.com, which includes your
personalized messages and your engraved photos on the product. We have the
right to place them in our showrooms or display them on our website in photo
image format. Also see the Copyright Policy.

The above
terms and conditions on returns do not fully apply to multiple quantities (defined as
2 items or more) of the same product with same personalized
engraving. In the case of multiple quantities of same product with
same personalized engraving, we suggest you to order a sample
product first to determine if it meets your requirements. The full return
policy applies to the sample product. For larger orders, only defective products
can be returned.

require that any artwork you submit must have received permissions from
respective copyright owners beforehand. It is your responsibility to comply
with this requirement. When you submit your artwork to MemorableGiftStore.com,
you assert that you have met the requirement and MemorableGiftStore.com is
released from any possible copyright infringement liability that might arise
as result of such business transactions.

When you return
a personalized product to MemorableGiftStore.com, MemorableGiftStore.com
assumes the ownership of the intellectual property of the product from you, which includes
the intellectual property right on any personalized messages as well as any
graphic or photo images engraved on the product. MemorableGiftStore.com has
the right to display the product in its showroom or on its web site in photo
image format.

All the artwork
and photos displayed on our website are copyrighted by either
MemorableGiftStore.com or its licensors. Copies and reproductions in any form
are strictly prohibited.

Photo
engraving products require you to submit your photo digital image files or
send us your paper photo by postal mail so we can scan it for you. Please make
sure do not send us one-of-a-kind types of photos because they might get lost
or damaged during the transit by the shipping carriers. Your original paper photos
will be shipped back to you along with the engraved product.

For certain
products, you have the option of engraving your own logos, for which you need to
submit your artwork via the Upload
Center page. If possible, please submit black and white logo image
for laser engraving. You can submit color logo file but it may not work well
when it is converted to black and white or gray scale. This is especially so
when there are overlapping image components in your logo. We will communicate
with you if in case it does not work.

All the
artwork and photo images shall be sent to us via the Upload
Center page. For questions, you can always contact us at
artwork@memorablegiftstore.com.
The
maximum size for each upload file is 5MB. For larger files, you have to upload
them in zipped format. One popular software is WinZip, which
is available on CNET's tech site
http://www.download.com/ where you can download to try then buy if you do
not have it yet. Search for "WinZip".

For customer-provided logo artwork,
the ideal image format is vector image (.eps, .ai, .cdr etc)
so the size can be changed without compromising the quality of the image. The logo artwork could be submitted in bitmap format
but it must be at least 300 DPI (Dot Per Inch) and the size of the image must be
same or larger than the expected actual size engraved on the final product. See below for more complete
list of file formats. Please also refer to
FAQ for examples of the
requirements.

You may also
send us a "camera ready" artwork. Camera ready artwork must be a clean black &
white image on a slick or paper. Business cards or letterheads could also
be accepted. The same rule of thumb applies, that is, the logo size on the paper
shall be equal to or larger than the size of the logo to be engraved on the
final product. Otherwise, it requires a bitmap-to-vector conversion process for
the logo to be scalable. There will be additional charge for the conversion,
$50/hour with 1 hour minimum. Please contact us to discuss your case. We will do our best to work with you on your logo artwork. But
please be advised that not
every artwork submitted would turn out to be good for engraving.

Photo images may be submitted
in bitmap formats, JPEG being the most popular format. See the list below for more
supported formats. Please be advised that some photo images you submit might not be suitable for engraving
even you have placed your order. MemorableGiftStore.com reserves the right to
refuse accepting certain photo images based on our professional judgment. You may
be requested to resubmit the photo with acceptable quality.

Photograph images are measured by
resolution in pixels (i.e. dots) in length and width. For example, the photos
taken by using higher megapixel (MP) such as 3 MP or more digital cameras are
typically 2028 pixels x 1536 pixels (2028 x 1536 = 3.1 MP). The size of a
quality print or engraving size is depending on the another resolution measure,
DPI (dots per inch). For quality prints or engraving, at least 300 DPI is
required. When the photo images are downloaded from cameras, they are usually
saved as 72 DPI. The image size is about 28" x 21". Our graphic may be able to
resample for image for higher
resolution. The basic rule of thumb is that a 2028 pixels x 1536 pixels photo
image can be printed as 6-3/4" x 5-1/8" quality photo with 300 DPI. That is
about the size for a quality engraving as well. Therefore, if the product you
choose requires larger photo engraving, higher resolution photo images may be
required.

Photo
engraving is a sophisticated process that is same as that for any piece of artwork. MemorableGiftStore.com reserves
the right to use our professional judgment, knowledge and
experience to do whatever necessary to engrave the photo onto the final
products, which include, but not limited to, the following: changes in sizes and
shapes, cropping, necessary touches and editing.

Although we support the following formats, in most
cases we see our customers use .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .BMP, .EPS and .WMF
formats, which we recommend you to use. We also specialize in processing any
Corel formats that we also recommend you to consider. Any other formats might
require significant amount time to be added to
processing your orders that would delay your order shipments.

MemorableGiftStore.com uses UPS as the shipping
carrier. Our shipping rates are shown in the tables below. Please note that the time estimates mentioned in
the tables are the shipping time in transit. They do not include production
turnaround time for personalized products. A typical order would be ready for
shipping in 2 to 3 business days if the information you provided in your order
is complete. Larger orders might take up to 7 business
days or more to be ready for shipping. Orders that involve photos or
customer-provided logos may require extra time depending upon the quality of the
artwork submitted. After your order is placed, we will communicate promptly with you via
emails about the estimated shipping date and will inform you when
your order is shipped and the tracking number will be provided. If your order
cannot be shipped within the normal processing time, we will notify you
immediately.
Please be advised, UPS defines the transit time to to be the day after the pick-up day. That is,
when a package is picked up by UPS, one extra business day should be added to
the total shipping time. For example, if a package is picked up on Monday for
2nd Day Air, the delivery time will be on Wednesday (3rd business day from
pick-up day); a 5 business day ground shipping package picked up on Monday will
be delivered on the next Monday (the 6th business day).
Delivery Time = Production Time + 1 Day UPS Pick-up + UPS Transit Time
(Note: All in business days, Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.)
Shipping Fee
The ship charge is based the weight of the item and shipping method (UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air), calculated in
real time after you have entered your shipping information during the checkout.
The minimum weight is one pound. You can estimate the shipping cost by adding up
the weight of each item (as seen in the product description field) and rounding up to next higher
whole pound. Follow the
UPS Cost Calculator.

and your zip code. Packing box size you can use 10"x10"x10".
Business Days in Transit for Ground Shipping Method
The map and the estimates are provided by UPS. Please note that for the total
delivery time estimates, you need to add the time for productions that takes
from 2 to 3 business days for small orders and up to 7 business days for larger
orders. Please add one extra business day to the transit time for UPS pick-up and processing.
UPS does not consider the pick-up and processing day to be part of the transit
time. For example, if a package is picked up on Monday, for a 5 business day
shipping, the delivery will be on the next Monday (the 6th business day).
