Before uploading your artwork or photos, please make sure to read the
Artwork Requirements,
Copyright Policy and
other terms outlined in the Service
Agreements. When you submit your artwork and/or photo image files, you
should have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions described by those
requirements and agreements.
Please make sure also to refer to
FAQ for specific examples of such requirements before you
upload your image file.
You need to have an Order Number to upload your files. Therefore, uploading
artwork or photos should always be done after you have placed your orders.
Order numbers are assigned and included in the order confirmations sent to
you. See Illustration1
and Illustration2.
All the uploaded files will be prefixed with Order Number followed by
Product Code that can be found next or below the product name on the
product pages. Product Code is a 6-digit number with a proceeding
# sign (Illustration1,
Illustration2). The files are uploaded on the product basis. For each product,
you can upload up to four artwork or photos, depending on the product of
your selection. The maximum size of each file is 5 Megabytes (MB). If your
files are larger than 5MB you will need to use zip format.

If your uploaded files are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, or .bmp formats, such as
photos, you will have the chance to review the images you uploaded and
delete any that you uploaded by mistake. We will communicate with you if the
files are in other formats. If you have any questions or problems, you can email us at
